The issue was suspended 9 December 2009 following the decision from the Ministerial Review into the Electricity Market.
The suspension was in place while Meridian considered the effect of the Ministerial Review announcement on the offer documentation. The offer documentation has now been updated and can be viewed on www.meridian.co.nz/investments or on request during normal business hours at Meridian’s office or by phoning 0800 635 736.
