LevelPay® means you pay the same amount for your home’s electricity throughout the year.

How LevelPay^® works

We look at how much electricity you’re likely to use in your home over a year, and calculate a regular set payment amount for the coming 12 months.  You pay a fixed amount by direct debit weekly, fortnightly or monthly – whichever suits you best.  For example, you could choose to match your payments to your pay day.

You’ll receive a regular LevelPay statement from us, so you can see how much electricity you’ve actually used and how much you’ve paid.  During the year we’ll monitor your payments.  If you’re using more or less electricity that you are paying for, we’ll let you know as that you can adjust your payments to reduce the chance of ending up with a shortfall or overament at the end of the year.
