Direct debit is a convenient way of paying your bill on the date it's due.  You should therefore always receive your prompt payment discount because your payment is made on time (as long as there are sufficient funds available for the payment amount).
 

Provided you call us no later than 24 hours before your bill is due to be debited, you can still make changes, and retain control of your account.

To set up direct debit, just print out the Direct debit form (134KB pdf) fill it in and and post free (Freepost No. 126937) to us at PO Box 2128, Christchurch, or you can call us on 0800 496 496 and we'll send one to you.
