We need to know if someone at your property or your life depends on your electricity supply, so we can make a record of it. We’d also appreciate it if you could tell us if your situation changes.
If you are having trouble paying your bill, please tell us. We can discuss payment options and budget advice, or put you in contact with someone who may be able to help you. You can also call Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) on 0800 559 009.
We also want to know if, for reasons of age, health, or disability, a power disconnection would cause serious hardship to you or someone at your property.
