Chris Moller has extensive experience in New Zealand and international business at both Director and Executive level.
Chris was the former CEO of the New Zealand Rugby Union, co-leading New Zealand’s successful bid to host the Rugby World Cup 2011. His 15 year career in the dairy industry included roles as Deputy Chief Executive of Fonterra, and CFO of the New Zealand Dairy Board.

John Bongard has over 30 years experience in marketing appliances around the world and has established new sales companies in Australia and the USA. He has held a number of executive level positions within the Fisher & Paykel Group, most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Fisher & Paykel Appliances Holdings Ltd., from 30 April 2004 to September 2009. John was awarded an ONZM for services to business in the New Year's Honours List 2010.

Anake Goodall has diverse management experience and is particularly interested in the areas of change management and capacity building, strategic planning and organisational development, complex negotiations, sustainable natural resource utilisation, environmental protection and enhancement, and international development issues.

Mary Devine is a professional director and business consultant and has had a 20-year career in managing director and executive roles in private New Zealand companies. A former chief executive of online women's clothing store EziBuy and women's clothing retailer Max Fashions she was recently appointed as Managing Director of Ballantynes becoming the first non-family managing director since 1938, and the first woman to head the business since it was founded in 1854.

Steve Reindler is an engineer who has received a number of awards for engineering projects and brings to the Board a wealth of experience through his previous engineering leadership roles in New Zealand Steel and Auckland International Airport Limited, and through his industry position as inaugural Chairman of the Chartered Professional Engineers Council.

Peter Wilson is a business consultant and chartered accountant, and formerly a partner with Ernst & Young. Peter has extensive experience in banking, business establishment, problem resolution, asset sale and management of change functions. Peter was a director and (from 1991) Chairman of Trust Bank New Zealand Limited, which Westpac acquired in 1996.
