Those of you who lost your homes in the Canterbury earthquakes have many difficult decisions to take.

To help you with these, Meridian has partnered with Prefab NZ to create the 200sqm Canterbury Innovation Park, a type of ‘shopping mall for homes’.

A wide range of housing options, from home design right through to energy efficiency options, will be showcased – architecturally designed, environmentally sustainable permanent material buildings produced using prefab or offsite construction technologies.

Prefab buildings ensure that your housing project is produced on time and on budget to a high-quality design.

The Park will open at the Canterbury Agricultural Park (also know as the A&P Showgrounds) on Curletts Road from February 2012 for an expected two years.
