Energise Spring 2011 Terms and Conditions - $500 electricity credits prize draw

1. All Meridian Energy business customers as at 8 November 2011 will automatically receive one entry in the prize draw for every full month they have been a Meridian customer on their current account.
2. Three winners will be drawn at random and they will each receive a $500 electricity credit. Each business customer can win one prize only.
3. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The winning entries will be drawn and the prize winners will be contacted by letter, phone and/or email within two weeks of 8 November 2011.
5. Meridian Energy reserves the right to use the prize winners’ names and photographs for publicity purposes.
6. Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy and their immediate families, and employees of Meridian Energy’s agencies are ineligible to enter.
7. Meridian reserves the right to amend the terms of, or cancel, this competition at any time.
