Seasons Winter 2011: Competition terms and conditions

Autumn/Winter 2011 Seasons quarterly reward terms and conditions – MY SKY subscription

1. All Meridian Energy Rural customers as at 1 September 2011 will automatically receive one entry in the prize draw for every full month they have been a Meridian customer on their current account.
2. One winner will be drawn at random and they will receive a year-long MY SKY subscription up to the value of $2,000.
3. If the prize winner is an existing Sky account holder, Meridian will credit their Sky TV account with 12 months worth of MY SKY subscription charges up to the value of $2,000.
4. If the prize winner is not an existing Sky account holder, Meridian will pay any applicable standard installation fees, plus 12 months worth of MY SKY subscriptions charges up to the value of $2,000.
5. The prize winner will be subject to Sky TV's terms and conditions, available at https://skytv.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/536.
6. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, if the prize winner chooses they can exchange the $2,000 Sky TV credit for a credit of equivalent value on their Meridian Energy electricity bill, to be used to pay for power purchases.
7. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winning entry will be drawn and the prize winner will be contacted by letter, phone and/or email within two weeks of 1 September 2011.
9. Meridian Energy reserves the right to use the prize winner's names and photographs for publicity purposes.
10. Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy and their immediate families, and employees of Meridian Energy's agencies are ineligible to enter.
