Simple, convenient invoicing
Our invoices give you an easy-to-understand breakdown of your energy charges.
For multi-site customers, we can help you streamline your administration by providing a single invoice for your ToU sites, summarising energy and network charges for all of your ToU metered sites.
Alternatively, invoices for individual sites can be provided if they are treated as separate cost centres.
Your monthly account will consist of:
- Statement – This accompany's your Tax Invoice and Energy Supply charges. It provides you with an overview of the status of your account, so you know exactly where you are from one month to the next. Please remember, your statement only covers your Time of Use metered sites.
- Tax Invoice – This is a consolidated account that contains summarised details of all your ICPs for that tax invoice. It can be customised to your business needs, for example, if you have 10 ICPs and require 3 tax invoices, you just need to specify which ICPs you want on each tax invoice.
- Energy Supply Charges - a separate sheet(s) that gives you a breakdown of network and energy charges for each Time of Use metered site. The information under the heading 'network charges' is the actual network descriptions and rates, as appears on the applicable network companies website. If you're unsure of these rates, or don't understand the description terminology, please check their website. The information under the heading 'energy charges' is as per your contract.
