Paying your bill
We have a range of options to make it easy for you to pay your electricity bill. The main ones are direct debit, LevelPay®, Internet and phone banking, by cheque, or in person at any Westpac or New Zealand Post branch.

The best thing you can do if you’re having trouble paying your bill, or think you may have trouble paying your bill in the future is to talk to us.
We can discuss payment options and budget advice, or put you in contact with agencies that may be able to help, such as Work and Income New Zealand.
