- It's an estimated bill and may be incorrect. Send us a new reading within 5 days and we'll re-issue the bill.
- It's an actual reading following an unrealistically low estimated bill for the previous period.
- Colder weather has increased your use of heating.
- Warmer weather has increased your use of air conditioning/refrigeration.
- You have new appliances – like a heat pump.
- You've had more people using your facilities which has increased your use of hot water and appliances.
- Your hot water cylinder is leaking.
- You have other faulty appliances in need of repair.
