ATS News December 2011 offer - Terms and Conditions

  1. The BBQ and outdoor furniture prize draw is open to any ATS Member who switches any of their non-Meridian ICPs to Meridian Energy before 31 December 2011 and any current ATS Members who have any active accounts with Meridian as at 31 December 2011.
  2. ATS Members will receive one entry into the prize draw per ICP when they switch to Meridian and any current ATS Members (who have any active accounts with Meridian as at 31 December 2011) will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw per ICP they bill through Meridian.
  3. One entry will be drawn at random and the winner will receive an Icarus Summit seven piece round setting (1,800 mm) and a Masport Deluxe Plus 210 six burner BBQ (including gas bottle) valued at $3,498.
  4. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The winning entry will be drawn on 9 January 2012 and the prize winner will be contacted by letter, phone and/or email within two weeks of the draw date.
  7. If a winner is unable to be contacted within 21 days of the prize draw, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw will take place.
  8. Meridian reserves the right to use the prize winner's names and photographs for publicity purposes.
  9. Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy and their immediate families, and employees of Meridian Energy’s agencies are ineligible to win the prize.
  10. ATS Members who switch any of their non-Meridian ICPs to Meridian Energy will also automatically receive a one-off $100 electricity credit (including GST) when they switch.
  11. ATS Members who switch will be subject to Meridian’s Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity, which can be found at meridian.co.nz.  They will also receive a 12 percent prompt payment discount on their Meridian account provided they pay their electricity invoices through their ATS account.
  12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is not available to prepay customers.
