CRT Agline February 2012 offer - Terms and Conditions

  1. The one Wheelbarrow full of goodies prize draw is open to any current CRT Shareholders who have any active accounts with Meridian, or any current CRT Shareholders who have a comparison completed at Southern Field Days (Waimumu) 15 – 17 February 2012.
  2. Current CRT Shareholders will receive one entry into the prize draw per ICP when they bring their Meridian bill (paid through CRT) to the Meridian Energy stand in the CRT village at Southern Field Days 15 – 17 February 2012, and current CRT Shareholders who have a price comparison completed by Meridian at Southern Field Days (Waimumu).
  3. One entry will be drawn at random and the winner will receive a Campbell Wheelbarrow Pourer 72 Litre, and a credit of $1,000 for their local CRT FarmCentre. The total prize is valued at $1,129. The $1,000 credit can be redeemed at the winner’s local CRT FarmCentre. The costs involved in redeeming the voucher including, but not limited to, transportation will be the responsibility of the winner.
  4. The winning entry will be drawn on 3 March 2012 and the prize winner will be contacted by letter, phone and/or email within two weeks of the draw date. If a winner is unable to be contacted within 21 days of the prize draw, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw will take place.
  5. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Meridian Energy reserves the right to use the prize winner’s names and photographs for publicity purposes.
  8. Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the prize draw.
  9. CRT Shareholders who switch any of their non-Meridian ICPs to Meridian Energy will be subject to Meridian’s Standard Terms and Conditions (PDF 209KB) for the Supply of Electricity. They will receive a 12 percent prompt payment discount on their Meridian account provided they pay their electricity invoices through their CRT account.
