Farmlands Shareholder November 2011 Offer - Terms and Conditions
- The $2,000 prize draw is open to any Farmlands Shareholder who switches any of their non-Meridian ICPs to Meridian Energy before 31 December 2011. Shareholders will receive one entry into the prize draw per ICP they switch to Meridian.
- One winner will be drawn at random and will receive a $2,000 electricity credit on their Meridian Energy account.
- Farmlands Shareholders who take up the Offer will automatically receive a $50 electricity credit (including GST) per ICP that is switched to Meridian.
- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winning entries will be drawn on 9 January 2012 and the prize winners will be contacted by letter, phone and/or email within two weeks of the draw date. If a winner is unable to be contacted within 21 days of the prize draw, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw will take place.
- Meridian reserves the right to use the prize winner's names and photographs for publicity purposes.
- Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy and their immediate families, and employees of Meridian Energy’s agencies are ineligible to win the $2000 electricity credit prize.
- Farmlands Shareholders who take up the Offer will be subject to Meridian’s Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity, which can be found at www.meridian.co.nz. They will receive a 12 percent prompt payment discount on their Meridian account provided they pay their electricity invoices through their Farmlands account
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is not available to prepay customers.
- Offer ends 31 December 2011.
