RD1 Enrich February 2012 offer - Terms and Conditions

  1. The double pass to the Highlanders vs. Crusaders game prize draw is open to any current RD1 Member who have any active accounts with Meridian, or any current RD1 Members who have a comparison completed at Southern Field Days (Waimumu).
  2. Current RD1 Members will receive one entry into the prize draw per current bill for each ICP they have with Meridian Energy when they bring their Meridian bill (paid through RD1) to the Meridian Energy stand in the RD1 tent at Southern Field Days 15 – 17 February 2012, or current RD1 Members who have a price comparison completed by Meridian at Southern Field Days (Waimumu).
  3. Ten entries will be drawn at random and the winners will each receive a Double Pass to the Highlanders vs. Crusaders game at the Forsyth Barr Stadium 03 March 2012, with drinks and nibbles included. All additional expenses including, but not limited to, transport and accommodation and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
  4. To be eligible to win the prize, the winner must be over 18 years of age.
  5. The wining entries will be drawn on 20 February 2012 and the prize winners will be contacted by letter, phone and/or email within two days of the draw date. If a winner is unable to be contacted within four days of the prize draw, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw will take place.
  6. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Meridian Energy reserves the right to use the prize winner’s names and photographs for publicity purposes.
  9. Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy and their immediate families, and employees of Merridian Energy’s agencies are ineligible to enter the prize draw.
  10. RD1 Members who switch any of their non-Meridian ICPs to Meridian Energy will be subject to Meridian’s Standard Terms and Conditions (PDF 209KB) for the Supply of Electricity. They will receive a 12 percent prompt payment discount on their Meridian account provided they pay their electricity invoices through their RD1 account.
