Really Simple Pack
Perfect if you like to keep things simple. Here's what's included:
Fixed Rate Plan
With this pack you get to lock in the rates you pay for the energy portion of your bill for a specified term (Fixed Rate Plan). This helps provide some price certainty and can make budgeting easier.
Get an extra prompt payment discount
You'll get an increased prompt payment discount of 12 percent. (Our standard prompt payment discount for residential customers is 10 percent.)
Pay by direct debit
Direct debit is a convenient way of paying your bill on the date it's due and making sure you don't miss out on your prompt payment discount.
Receive your bills by email
The Really Simple Pack has no paper bills so you'll get your bills by email.
Get text and/or email alerts
Set up a free text and/or email alert to remind you when your payment is due to be deducted from your bank account.
