Meridian launches a new trial service to help customers monitor and manage their power better

We’re trialing a new service called Daily Energy Report to help our customers track how much power they use every day.

Over 53,000 targeted customers are being invited to help us test out this new service between August 2011 and January 2012.

Every day we’ll send them a Daily Energy Report email that tracks how much power they used the previous day, and how much it cost.

Helping our customers understand their power usage

The aim of our new daily email service is to help customers build up a better picture of their average weekly power use, including what time of day they used the most power.

Understanding how much power they’re using helps customers more accurately manage their consumption – and their budget.

Want to sign up to Daily Energy Reports too?

The Daily Energy Report service is in trial, so only customers who receive an invitation (by email or post) can sign up currently.
