The CalRENEW-1 solar farm is made up of more than 50,000 solar panels, covering almost 50 acres.

The solar farm generates 5 megawatts of electricity. Delivering renewable power to California helps the state meet its stringent goals for carbon reduction.

The power generated by the solar farm is sold to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company under a long-term purchase agreement.
