What does that mean? In my case I deal with accounts and payments, so most of my calls are about debts or current accounts and things to do with money itself, and I take on general calls about rates or solar issues as well.
What's the best part of your job? The challenge of each new subject, each new question, each new call has a complete story to come with it.

What do you do on a day to day basis? I am accountable for the success of the contact centre, and support my team managers to support their teams and run an efficient, effective customer centric, customer friendly contact centre.
