How real-time will my data be?

It depends on the type of meter recording your usage. Some meters only record a total monthly figure. For sites that have non-half hourly smart meters installed, the data is usually one or two days behind the date you view information. Data for time of use meters is currently a month behind. In the future we’ll offer a premium service that will allow you to view your detailed usage information two or three days behind.
