If you've just joined Meridian and you choose a payment date that's within 14 days of your first scheduled bill, you won't receive your bill for the first (short) month. Instead, you'll receive it a month later, combining both your first (short) month with your second (full) month.

If you're already a Meridian customer and you choose a payment date that's less than 14 days from your existing scheduled bill date, you won't receive a bill for the first (short) month.
