    1. Join Meridian before 30 June 2018 and receive $200 credit on your first bill (inc GST).
    2. The offer is only available to new Meridian customers and is not available in conjunction with any other Meridian offer or pricing plan, unless Meridian agrees otherwise at its discretion.
    3. The offer is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
    4. On becoming a customer, you will be subject to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity and, if our fixed rate pricing plan is selected, our Standard Terms and Conditions for Fixed Rate Plans (including all applicable break fees).
    5. If you choose our variable pricing plan we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of this welcome credit if you cease to be a Meridian customer within 12 months of joining on the variable pricing plan. If you close any of your individual sites or switch any to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the welcome credit you received for that particular site.
    6. If you choose our fixed rate plans we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of this welcome credit if you cease to be a Meridian customer before the expiry date of your fixed rate plan. If you close any of your individual sites or switch any to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the welcome credit you received for that particular site.
    7. In order to be eligible for this offer, you must meet the following criteria:
    8. a) you must be a residential consumer as listed on the national electricity registry; and
      b) you must meet Meridian’s standard customer eligibility criteria (for example: credit criteria, refer to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity for more information).
    9. Meridian reserves the right cancel this offer at any time without notice to you. Meridian may also vary this offer at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.

    Goodnest Offer Terms and Conditions

    1. Between 25 September 2017 and 31 October 2017, join Meridian on a variable or fixed rate energy plan and receive a Goodnest Deep Cleaning services voucher code to the value of $249.00 (NZD).

    2. The Goodnest Deep Cleaning services voucher code will be delivered via email to the customer’s email address as per their Meridian account, upon completion of sign-up.

    3. The offer is only available to new Meridian customers and is not available in conjunction with any other Meridian offer or pricing plan, unless Meridian agrees otherwise at its discretion.

    4. In order to be eligible for this offer, you must meet the following criteria:

    a) you must be a residential consumer as listed on the national electricity registry; and
    b) you must meet Meridian’s standard customer eligibility criteria (for example: credit criteria, refer to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity for more information).
    c) you must be able and willing to redeem the voucher at a property where Goodnest services are available (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, and Tauranga.)
    d) you must agree with and accept Goodnest’s terms and conditions which can be found here.

    7. To receive any prompt payment discount you must pay your bill in full and on time.

If you choose our variable plan and within 12 months of joining you switch to another retailer, cease to be a Meridian customer, or no longer meet the offer eligibility criteria, we may, at our discretion, charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the Goodnest services you received at sign-up. If you have multiple properties and you disconnect any of your individual properties or switch any to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the Goodnest services you received for that particular property.

    9. If you choose our fixed rate plan and during the term of that plan you switch to another retailer, cease to be a Meridian customer, or no longer meet the offer eligibility criteria, we may, at our discretion, charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the Goodnest services you received at sign-up. If you have multiple properties and you disconnect any of your individual properties or switch any to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the Goodnest services you received for that particular property.

    10. Meridian reserves the right cancel this offer at any time without notice to you. Meridian may also vary this offer at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.
