  • Meridian and Clarity Insight survey terms and conditions

    Be in with a chance to win 1 of 5 $200 Prezzy® cards. Five winners will be selected to win a $200 Prezzy® card each.

    1. Any person who completes our customer survey (run by Clarity Insight) by the close date of the survey (28 July 2017) will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.

    2. Limit of one entry per person for this survey.

    3. In order to be eligible for this offer, you must meet the following criteria:

    a) You must be at least 18 years of age; and

    b) You must have left Meridian since 1 June 2017.

    4. There will be five winners.

    5. The winners will be drawn at random and will receive a $200 Prezzy® card each.

    6. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    7. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into except with the prize winners.

    8. The winning entries will be drawn and the prize winners will be contacted by email within two weeks of the close date. If we receive no response from a winner after 2 weeks we will redraw another winner.

    9. Meridian reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes listed above with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

    10. Meridian reserves the right to use the prize winners’ names and/or photographs for marketing or publicity purposes and by accepting the prize, the winners agree to this condition.

    11. Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy and their immediate families, and employees of Meridian Energy’s agencies are not eligible to enter.

    12. Meridian reserves the right to amend the terms of, or cancel, this competition at any time.

    13. Meridian, its employees and/or its agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be suffered as a result of winning this competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 14.
