Meridian Energy Limited advises that the price at which shares will be issued for the 2024 Interim Ordinary Dividend under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is NZ$5.7624 per share.
The issue price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP, as the volume weighted average sale price for a share, calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the NZX Main Board over a
period of five business days starting on 8 March 2024.
Shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP, will receive shares, instead of cash, in respect of the 2024 Interim Ordinary Dividend on 26 March 2024.
