Offer: Moving farm credit applying to Agri customers who have either a dairy shed or irrigator that sign up, or move premises, between 1 May 2024 and 30 June 2024.
1. The offers described in paragraph 2 below are available to customers who have a dairy shed and/or an irrigator (Agri customer(s)) who join Meridian, or move to a new farm and retain Meridian as their electricity supplier between 1 May 2024 and 30 June 2024 (promotional period).
2. There are two offers available.
- 1. Current Meridian Agri customers can receive at least a $50 account credit depending on the type of ICP (for example dairy sheds, electric gate) for each ICP connected to Meridian.
- 2. New Agri customers joining Meridian can receive up to $300 account credit for each ICP connected to Meridian.
3. In order to be eligible for this offer you must meet the following criteria:
- 1. you must be an Agri customer (i.e. have a dairy shed and/or an irrigator);
- 2. you must join Meridian during the promotional period or move premises within the promotional period and remain a Meridian customer;
- 3. you must meet Meridian’s standard customer eligibility criteria (for example: credit criteria, refer to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity for more information).
4. The account credit(s) include GST and will be applied to your first Meridian bill after you join or move.
5. The offer is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
6. The offer expires on 30 June 2024.
7. If you choose one of our fixed plans and you cease to be a Meridian customer before the expiry date of your fixed plan, we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the account credit(s) you have received. If you close any of your connections (i.e. ICPs), or switch any of them to another electricity retailer within this fixed term period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the account credit(s) relating to that connection.
8. If you choose our variable pricing plan (i.e. our Simple Flexi Plan) and you cease to be a Meridian customer within 12 months of joining on the variable pricing plan, we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the account credit(s) you have received. If you close any of your connections (i.e. ICPs), or switch any of them to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the account credit(s) relating to that connection.
9. Meridian reserves the right to amend the terms of, extend, or cancel, this offer at any time.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless Meridian agrees otherwise at its discretion.
