Promotion: Prize Draw – a chance to win an account credit.
1. The promotion is open to all persons that attend the Southern Field Days between 14 and 16 February 2024 and register using the registration form (“Entrants”).
2. The prize: $500 Meridian credit voucher.
3. In order to be eligible for this offer you must meet the following criteria:
- you must attend the Southern Field Days event;
- you must register for this offer using the registration form supplied by Meridian at the event;
- you must meet Meridian’s standard customer eligibility criteria (for example: credit criteria, refer to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity for more information).
4. Entrants will only receive one entry into the draw.
5. The winner will be randomly selected from all the entries received between Wednesday 14 and Friday 16 February 2024. Meridian will draw one winner from all the entries, at random, on Friday 23 February 2024. Meridian will contact the Winner by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not reply to, or otherwise contact, Meridian within 21 days of being contacted, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw will take place.
6. If the winner is a Meridian customer, or if they are not Meridian customer but they register to become a Meridian customer, the Winner may request the credit to be loaded onto their account by calling 0800 496 444 before 30 June 2024.
7. Subject to clause 6, The Winners drawn from Entrants will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any Entrants.
8. Prize is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
9. Meridian reserves the right to use the prize winners’ name and photograph for publicity purposes.
10. Employees of Meridian and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
11. Meridian, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. Meridian reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time without notice to you. Meridian may also vary this promotion at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.
