Please read on for more information about changes impacting existing customers who joined LevelPay before 22nd February 2021, which come into effect 19 May 2021.
- Existing customers who receive postal communications may continue to do so but if they choose to move to email, they must remain on email to be eligible for LevelPay.
- If a payment has dishonoured, Meridian may require you to make up the payment within 14 days of the payment due date. We’ll let you know if this happens and work with you to make sure you stay on track.
- Customers who have access to the Meridian app* no longer need to let us know they want to stay on LevelPay when they move – it now transfers automatically. As always, customers will need to continue to let us know if they no longer want to pay via LevelPay.
