Closing more than five sites but not your entire business account? Please submit multiple forms to cover all the sites you wish to close.
Switching your Meridian sites to another retailer? No need to complete this form - your new provider will notify us, and we’ll automatically generate your final bill.
If your site is Time of Use (TOU), also known as Commercial and Industrial (C&I), it cannot be closed off through this form. You will have signed a Commercial Customer Electricity Supply Agreement (CCESA) for TOU sites. Please refer to your CCESA and contact your Energy Partner (account manager) to discuss.
