Meridian Energy Limited (“Meridian”) and Contact Energy Limited (“Contact”) have entered into a swaption and contract for difference ("CFD") that support Contact's agreement to obtain ~2.8 PJ of gas from Methanex (as announced by Contact on 7 May 2025).
