If you have no power, and you need it urgently connected (within 2 working days), or if you are medically dependent on power, please call us on 0800 496 777 instead of filling in this form.

How do you want to provide your final meter readings?

If you want Meridian to read your meter for you, then we'll contact you to set up a date and time to read your meter (at least 3 working days before you move out). We'll need someone 18 years or older to be at the property.
