Offer: Mooving farm credit or Prezzy Card
1. The offer described in paragraphs 2-3 is available to dairy farmers who join Meridian or move to a new farm or residential home on a farm and retain Meridian as their electricity supplier, between 23 April 2025 and 30 June 2025 (promotional period).
2. Eligible customers may receive at least a $100 credit, and up to $300 credit, per ICP, to be determined by Meridian depending on the type of ICP (for example, electric fence, dairy shed) for each ICP connected to Meridian.
3. Eligible customers may choose to receive each ICP offer as either an account credit or a digital Prezzy Card of equivalent value.
Eligibility
4. To be eligible for this offer you must meet the following criteria:
- You must join Meridian during the promotional period, or move premises within the promotional period and remain a Meridian customer;
- You must be a dairy farmer;
- You must meet Meridian’s standard customer eligibility criteria (for example: credit criteria, refer to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity for more information).
5. The offer is not available to existing customers who transfer their existing fixed plan(s) to their new premises. This offer is not available with a Fixed Rate Plan, including the Farmlands 5-year Fixed Rate Plan.
6. Existing Meridian customers who have previously received a credit may be subject to the incentive recovery terms under their existing plan.
7. The account credits include GST and will be applied to your first Meridian bill for the relevant ICP after you join or move.
8. The offer is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash, except as otherwise specified.
9. Digital Prezzy cards will be emailed to the account holder’s email address after 30 June 2025, which is when the campaign ends.
10. Prezzy Cards are subject to the Prezzy Card terms and conditions and are not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash, bill credits or otherwise.
11. This offer expires on 30 June 2025.
12. If you choose one of our Fixed Energy plans, we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit or Prezzy Card you received if you cease to be a Meridian customer before the expiry date of your fixed plan. If you close any of your connections (i.e. Meters/ICPs), or switch any of them to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit or Prezzy Card relating to that connection.
13. If you choose our variable pricing plan (Simple Flexi Plan) we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit or Prezzy Card you received if you cease to be a Meridian customer within 12 months of joining on the variable pricing plan. If you close any of your connections (i.e. Meters/ICPs), or switch any of them to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit or Prezzy Card relating to that connection.
14. Meridian reserves the right to amend the terms of, extend, or cancel, this offer at any time.
15. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless Meridian agrees otherwise at its discretion.
