Promotion: (1) Meridian Golden Ticket – register and get a Brooklyn Block of chocolate and a chance to win an account credit; and (2) Prize Draw – a chance to win an account credit.
1. The promotion is open to all persons that attend the National Fieldays between 14 and 17 June 2023 and register using the registration form (“Entrants”).
2. The prizes:
- a. for the Golden Ticket promotion: $50, $100 or $200 Meridian credit vouchers; and
- b. for the prize draw promotion: $300 Meridian credit voucher.
Golden Ticket
3. Entrants will receive only one Brooklyn Block of chocolate that may contain a Golden Ticket for an account credit for a specified amount.
4. If an Entrant receives a Brooklyn Block of chocolate that contains a Golden Ticket and:
- a. the Entrant is an existing Meridian customer, they may request the credit to be loaded onto their account by Meridian staff at National Fieldays or call 0800 496 777 before 31 December 2023; or
- b. the Entrant is not an existing Meridian customer, they may register to become a Meridian customer and request the credit to be loaded onto their new account by Meridian staff at National Fieldays or call 0800 496 777 before 31 December 2023.
Prize Draw
5. Entrants will only receive one entry into the draw.
6. The winner will be randomly selected from all the entries received between 14 and 17 June 2023. Meridian will draw one winner from all the entries, at random, on Monday 26 June 2023. Meridian will contact the Winner by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not reply to, or otherwise contact, Meridian within 21 days of being contacted, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw will take place.
7. If the winner is a Meridian customer, or if they are not Meridian customer but they register to become a Meridian customer, the Winner may request the credit to be loaded onto their account by calling 0800 496 777 before 31 December 2023.
8. Subject to clause 6, The Winners drawn from Entrants will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any Entrants.
General
9. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Meridian reserves the right to use the prize winners’ name and photograph for publicity purposes.
11. Employees of Meridian and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
12. Meridian, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Meridian reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time without notice to you. Meridian may also vary this promotion at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.
